Mr. Nabih Kamel the senior librarian of the patriarchal library and Mr. Atef Naguib of the Aswan and Antiquity department co-authored this book which was revised by Mr. Gawdat Gabra, the chief editor of the Foundation, and His Grace Bishop Hedra of Aswan.

This book discusses in detail the history of Coptic Christianity in the Nuba and southern Egypt. Only a few traces still exist of the old Nubian Christianity and churches. This book will be the beginning of a series of book about all the Coptic Parishes. This book is currently available.
